The Role
SRG Global is currently seeking a Trade Assistant to join our team located in Gladstone, QLD on a casual basis.
As a Trade Assistant, your role will be to assist and perform a range of trade and maintenance support tasks to support our site-based teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sites including organising work areas, cleaning up after jobs, ensuring tools and materials are ready for use
- Assist with the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment as instructed
- Provide support to onsite work crew and tradesmen
- Ensure compliance with company and legislative requirements
- Perform other general duties as directed by the Site Supervisor, within your level of competence
The successful applicant will ideally have
- Current Driver’s License
- White Card
- Working at Heights and Confined Spaces tickets
- Previous Trade Assistant experience
- Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a 3-site Blue medical inclusive of a Drug and Alcohol Screen
