The Role
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Façade team and support the successful delivery of our project based in Melton, VIC. Working closely with the Site and Project Managers you will lead site teams, coordinate daily operations, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to effectively manage people, resources and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce activities
- Lead site safety initiatives and promote a strong Zero Harm culture
- Allocate and manage labour, plant, materials and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
- Interpret construction drawings and project documentation
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Coordinate material orders, equipment and project resources
- Assist with project reporting, documentation and compliance requirements
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Facades space
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage site teams and project resources
- Sound understanding of HSEQ requirements and risk management
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- A proactive approach and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
