Site Manager

The Role

SRG Global is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Façades division in Perth, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-profile construction project, leading site teams and coordinating façade installation works from planning through to completion.

Working closely with the Project Teams and Senior Leadership you will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors and drive project programming to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

As the senior SRG Global Façades representative on site, you will take ownership of short-range programming, workforce planning, productivity and construction coordination, while building strong relationships with the head contractor, clients and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site teams, subcontractors and trades to deliver façade works safely and efficiently.
• Develop and manage short-range programs, coordinating installation sequences, labour and material deliveries.
• Monitor project progress, productivity and costs, implementing corrective actions to meet key milestones.
• Coordinate site resources, subcontractor performance and construction activities.
• Conduct quality inspections and manage defects to ensure works meet project specifications.
• Lead site safety activities, including pre-starts, toolbox talks, inspections and SWMS compliance.
• Identify program delays, site constraints and variations, maintaining accurate records to support project reporting and claims.
• Liaise with the head contractor, clients and internal stakeholders to resolve site issues and optimise construction delivery.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the Facades space
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage site teams and project resources
• Sound understanding of HSEQ requirements and risk management
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft project
• A proactive approach and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
