The Role
SRG Global is seeking an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support the delivery of the WA GAWSS Project, commencing in August 2026.
This is a full-time project-based position ideally suited to someone based in Merredin, Yerbillon, or the surrounding Wheatbelt region, who is looking to play a key role in a significant regional infrastructure project.
Working on a 2:1 roster, the successful candidate will split their time between our project locations in Merredin and Yerbillon, providing critical administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring an organised individual who can manage multiple priorities, support project personnel, and maintain accurate records, reporting, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate site administration activities across the Merredin and Yerbillon project locations.
- Manage workforce rosters, timesheets and payroll-related administration.
- Arrange travel, accommodation and mobilisation requirements for project personnel.
- Maintain document control systems and ensure project records are accurate and up to date.
- Produce and process daily dockets, surveys, reports and project documentation.
- Maintain data spreadsheets and provide reporting support to the project team.
- Manage site stock levels, including ordering, receipting and restocking of consumables, PPE and site supplies.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation, inductions and site access requirements.
- Assist with purchasing, invoicing and general project administration tasks.
- Maintain filing systems, registers and project records.
- Provide general administrative support to site leadership and project teams.
The Successful Applicant Will Ideally Have
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role
- Experience supporting construction, utilities and civil projects (highly regarded)
- Strong document control and data management experience.
- Ability to use computer systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience managing timesheets, rosters, travel bookings and accommodation arrangements.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Current Driver's Licence.
