The Role
We are seeking an experienced, switched-on Site Administrator. This position is full-time based out of Kwinana Naval Base, with the opportunity for site travel between Bunbury, Pinjarra, and Wagerup.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a value-add role, someone who thrives off working in a fast-paced role and creating a good culture with the project and operational teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all administrative and coordination services which support our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination of all site personnel’s access paperwork
- Looking after new starters: including inductions and related site-required documentation
- Collate and submit weekly timesheets for the operations.
- Provide assistance in organising travel and accommodation bookings
- Contract invoicing including liaising with our clients.
- Timesheet processing in dynamics CRM.
- Month End processes including accruals.
- Raising, reconciling, and receipting purchase requests.
- Assist in the compilation of reports and management system requirements.
- Maintain stationery and office consumables.
- Maintain stock and purchases of PPE for employees.
- Adhoc Duties within the Administrative and Accounts functions as requested by Management
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- High attention to detail – experience with high volume invoicing/ purchasing
- Valid Driver’s license
- Ability to pass a Pre-employment medical check
