Scaffolder

SRG Global is a specialist industrial asset maintenance provider. We work on large and exciting jobs from bridges to large industrial plants and other key infrastructure. You'll work in some amazing locations, and across a broad range of sectors including construction, mining, petrochemical, roads, rail, water, power and ports.

We are looking for experienced trained intermediate and advanced Scaffolders to join our team to work on sites around the Waikato Region!

Scaffolders will be responsible for the erecting and dismantling scaffolding to provide work platforms on buildings, industrial and other sites for temporary structures such as stages and catwalks, and for the purpose of painting, repairing, seating and disguising building facades.

You will have a good Scaffolding knowledge, proven application of health and safety and the ability to work in a team environment and manage demanding priorities.

Applicants should have:

• 2 years + experience in a similar role
• Have relevant NZ Scaffolding CoC - certificates / qualifications (desirable)
• Be a team player and understand the importance of teamwork
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Tasks:

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding to provide safe work platforms on Industrial and other sites.
• Manual Handling of components, loading of equipment
• Completing relevant documentation as required
• Ensuring safe works and compliance of all scaffolding.

Pre-employment medical testing including a drug and alcohol test will need to be passed and the candidate must have the legal right to live and work in NZ.
