The Role

SRG Global have an opportunity for an experienced SMP Superintendent to join our Asset Services team, leading structural, mechanical and piping scopes across shutdown and maintenance projects. Working closely with supervisors, site crews and clients, you will guide projects from planning and mobilisation through to close-out, building capable crews and delivering safe, efficient and commercially successful outcomes.
 Key Responsibilities:

•    Lead the safe and efficient delivery of SMP shutdown and maintenance scopes.
•    Coordinate supervisors, tradespeople, contractors, plant, materials and equipment.
•    Support project planning, mobilisation, scheduling and resource requirements.
•    Monitor performance, provide leadership to site teams and maintain strong client relationships.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

•    Relevant trade qualification with extensive knowledge of structural, mechanical and piping works.
•    Minimum five years' experience in a Superintendent or senior supervisory role within shutdowns, maintenance or projects.
•    Proven experience leading multidisciplinary crews, with strong commercial, planning and client management skills.
•    Section 44 Certificate, current Working at Heights and Confined Space certificates and a manual Australian Driver's Licence.
