Rigger

The Role

We are currently seeking a Rigger for work located in Port Botany, NSW on a casual basis. 

This role will see you performing rigging tasks safely and efficiently in support of construction and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute rigging activities across a range of fixed and temporary structures, including sheet piles, fenders, temporary access platforms, and structural supports
• Assist with loading, unloading, and positioning of materials in restricted access and marine environments
• Conduct pre-start inspections and ensure plants and equipment are operated safely and maintained in accordance with site requirements
• Operate cranes and Mobile Plant equipment as required, within verified competency, licensing, and site authorization
• Ensure all lifting operations comply with relevant WHS legislation, high-risk work standards, and site safety procedures

The successful applicant will ideally have

• Rigger (Intermediate or Advanced) or Dogging High Risk Work License
• Valid High Risk Work License relevant to mobile crane operations (e.g. C6 or higher as applicable)
• Current Working at Heights
• White Card and full Australian working rights
• Current Driver’s License
• Experience in marine, coastal, or tidal zone construction environments
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
