About the Role:
Due to continued growth across our Western Australian Drill & Blast operations, we are seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to join our Mining Services team.

Reporting to the National Maintenance Manager, this FIFO role on an 8:6 roster provides technical leadership and strategic oversight of maintenance activities across multiple WA-based Drill & Blast projects. The role plays a critical part in driving maintenance performance, improving equipment availability, ensuring compliance, and promoting a strong safety and continuous improvement culture across the region.

This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely with site-based teams to support operational readiness, manage risk, and deliver consistent maintenance standards.
A company ute will be provided for travel between sites, as the role supports fitter teams across multiple locations with troubleshooting, maintenance guidance and practical technical direction to help keep our modern equipment running reliably.

About You:
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant maintenance and asset management experience
• Diploma in Leadership
• Trade qualified in Heavy Diesel or Mechanical (AUS/NZ recognised)
• Demonstrated exposure to Caterpillar, Epiroc and Sandvik drilling equipment
• Schedule 26 qualification, or the ability to obtain
• Proven ability to support maintenance teams across FIFO or remote sites
• Clear communication style and the ability to build trust with site teams
• Experience in the maintenance of explosives storage and mobile equipment is desirable
