The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Proposals and Marketing Coordinator to join our Utilities team in Brisbane. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in securing work that delivers essential water, power and telecommunications infrastructure across Australia.
As a key contributor to our pre‑contracts function, you will help shape compelling, high‑quality submissions that clearly articulate our technical expertise, delivery capability and competitive differentiation. Your work will directly support our growth in the utilities sector and contribute to projects that enhance critical services for communities nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of high-quality, fully compliant tenders, EOIs and capability submissions for complex infrastructure, commercial and industrial projects.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, project teams and senior leadership to translate technical information into clear, client-focused value propositions.
- Contribute to bid strategy sessions, win themes and methodology development to strengthen competitive positioning.
- Develop and manage structured bid programs, submission schedules and compliance matrices to ensure critical deadlines are achieved.
- Draft, edit and refine both technical and non-technical content, including executive summaries, project experience, methodologies and company profiles.
- Coordinate input from internal stakeholders to produce cohesive, integrated submissions.
- Compile, format and quality-check final tender documentation, including appendices, CVs and supporting schedules, ensuring brand and layout consistency.
- Maintain and enhance bid libraries, templates, case studies and CV databases to support efficient knowledge management.
- Apply rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with client evaluation criteria.
- Support the continuous improvement of bid and pursuit practices to drive stronger win rates and operational efficiency.
