SRG Global’s Products division is growing its national sales capability, and we’re now seeking a driven and adaptable Project Coordinator / Sales Support Specialist to join our Queensland operations.

 

This newly created hybrid role will work closely with our Queensland Manager to support sales activities while coordinating the delivery of major high‑rise construction projects. Your contribution will directly improve our ability to respond quickly, service clients effectively, and scale the business in Queensland.

 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced construction environments, enjoys multitasking and problem‑solving, and is comfortable balancing both project administration and sales support responsibilities.

 

Project Coordination & Administration

  • Support end‑to‑end coordination of high‑rise construction projects (multiple deliveries/services)
  • Schedule works, arrange courier movements, and manage documentation
  • Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
  • Assist with pricing, quotes, and project scoping
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless delivery
  • Prepare reports, maintain project data, and update systems (e.g., D365, Excel)

 

Sales Support

  • Provide operational and administrative support to Scott (QLD Manager)
  • Assist with price lists, proposals, presentations and client follow‑ups
  • Help streamline sales processes and turnaround times
  • Act as a central point of contact for general enquiries, scheduling and documentation

 

General

  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication
  • Uphold SRG Global’s commitment to safety and high performance

 

About You

  • 2–3 years' experience in construction, building, or infrastructure environments
  • Highly adaptable, organised and willing to learn
  • Strong computer literacy – Microsoft essential, D365 advantageous
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume project environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Can work autonomously
  • Experience supporting sales, BDMs, or project managers
  • Ability to read structural/construction drawings and provide take-offs
  • AutoCAD familiarity (not essential)
