About the Role

 

We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our Facades team in Perth CBD.

This is a varied, project-focused administration role supporting procurement, workforce administration, project mobilisation and the day-to-day operation of the Facades office.

You’ll work closely with the project team, providing essential administrative support as projects ramp up and workforce requirements increase. This is an opportunity to play a key role in keeping the office and project administration running smoothly in a busy environment.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

· Managing office administration systems, processes and documentation to support the effective operation of the Facades business

· Acting as a key point of contact for Facades-related enquiries and liaising with internal stakeholders, vendors and service providers

· Coordinating workforce administration activities, including recruitment support, onboarding, inductions, training, timesheets and compliance records

· Supporting procurement and project administration activities, including purchase orders, vendor onboarding, PPE procurement and project reporting requirements

· Maintaining office facilities, equipment, supplies, SharePoint and business records to ensure the smooth running of the office

· Providing administrative support to the General Manager, Construction Manager and project teams, including organising meetings, workshops and business functions

· Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring administrative activities are completed in accordance with company systems, procedures and safety, quality and compliance requirements

 

About You

 

We’re looking for someone who has a problem-solving mindset and is comfortable working in a busy project environment.

 

You will ideally have:

· Previous administration experience, preferably within construction, mining or a similar environment

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Good time management and organisational skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel

· Experience with D365 and/or Humanforce would be highly regarded
