NDT Technician - Casual

SRG Global is seeking experienced NDT Inspectors for upcoming casual shutdowns and project-based work in Queensland.
You will contribute to delivering critical asset integrity inspection services. This role offers ongoing casual employment and work over multiple plant outages each year.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare inspection work scopes, including identification and coordination of required NDT methods
- Review equipment history, analyse findings, and ensure accurate interpretation of results
- Compile and deliver clear, compliant inspection reports to meet client and code requirements
- Work collaboratively with site teams, inspectors, and NDT technicians during shutdown activities
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and site compliance requirements
About You
- Proven experience in a similar NDT inspection role, ideally within shutdown or maintenance environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Solid computer literacy and systems experience
- Ability to work effectively in site-based environments
Skills & Certifications
- ISO9712 Certification in MT2 and UTT (non-negotiable)
- ISO9712 UT2 Welds, PT2 (desirable)
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- Demonstrated ability in data analysis and technical report writing
