The Role:
Due to exciting growth, SRG Global Mining Services is looking for skilled Maintenance Supervisors to join our long-term Goldfields projects on various rosters on Dayshift only. You’ll be working with a professional team that values clear communication, safety, and efficiency backed by competitive pay, modern equipment, and industry-leading facilities.
The individual will assist in the daily management of the workshop and provide leadership to maintenance and support staff. They will act as the point of contact between the Site Manager and the maintenance team in the safe and efficient delivery of projects and business goals.

What you’ll Be Doing:
- Schedule maintenance of the onsite plant and equipment.
- Coordinate repairs on machine breakdowns.
- Allocate resources, offer technical guidance, and lead the workshop team.
- Coordinating planned maintenance.
- Stock control of necessary parts and materials.
- Ensuring the workplace meets company and industry standards.
- Foster effective communication throughout the organization.
- Responsible for record keeping and reporting on site plant and equipment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A HD Mechanical Trade Certificate
- Supervisory or team leader experience
- Computer literacy
- C Class Drivers Licence (Manual)
- Good communication and organisational skills, with an emphasis on teamwork
- Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment
- A working knowledge of Sandvik DPI and Sandvik Leopard drills
Bonus Points For:
- Heavy Rigid (HR) Driver’s Licence
- High Risk Work Licence
- Schedule 26 – Statutory Supervisor Training (desirable)
- First Aid Certificate
- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety
- Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
