The Role
Due to exciting growth, SRG Global Mining Services is looking for skilled Leading Hands to join our long-term Goldfields project on various rosters on Dayshift and Nightshift. You’ll be working with a professional team that values clear communication, safety, and efficiency backed by competitive pay, modern equipment, and industry-leading facilities.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to assist the Site Manager/Site Supervisor in ensuring our projects meet client expectations and SRG Global’s high standards. This role involves leading the team, ensuring safe and efficient work, and helping to enhance project performance to maintain SRG's market advantage.

What you’ll Be Doing:
- Providing support and supervision to the Drill & Blast Team
- Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the drill rigs to ensure maximum output
- Working closely with Site Leadership to ensure the project meets client expectations and SRG Global standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience drilling on blast hole rigs.
- Supervisory or Leading Hand experience
- Surface blast hole drill experience including Sandvik DPI and Sandvik Leopard
- Dangerous Goods Security Card
- Mechanical aptitude but would be favourable.
- Previous experience with Blast Crew favourable
- Good communication and organisational skills, with an emphasis on teamwork
- A positive attitude towards safety, training & environment
- Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment

- Schedule 26 – Statutory Supervisor Training
- HR Class Driver’s License.
- Dangerous Goods Driver’s License (WA)
- Shotfirers Licence (WA)
