SRG Global is looking for an HR Recruitment Officer to join our team in Subiaco, WA.

This is a permanent, full-time role focused on blue-collar recruitment and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers and site administration teams to support workforce requirements across Western Australia.

Reporting to the HR Recruitment Team Leader, you will be part of a wider national HR team providing recruitment support, assistance and advice to sites across the business.

About the Role:

As an HR Recruitment Officer, you will support end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles, ensuring operational requirements are met while maintaining a strong focus on candidate care, compliance and stakeholder communication.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working closely with the business, building strong relationships, and supporting recruitment outcomes from sourcing through to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers and operational teams to understand workforce requirements.
  • Actively source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and SEEK, build talent pools, and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Advertising, screening resumes, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and coordinating pre-employment checks.
  • Facilitate onboarding by preparing letters of offer, assisting with mobilisation, and coordinating inductions for employees.
  • Manage and maintain employee records via our ATS SuccessFactors.
  • Represent SRG Global at industry events, workshops, and networking opportunities.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Previous background in recruitment, HR or an external agency environment.
  • Exposure to blue-collar, trades, labour hire or site-based operational recruitment.
  • Recruitment exposure across construction, engineering, mining and resources and/or industrial services would be highly regarded.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
