Bridge Inspector

We are seeking experienced rope access qualified Bridge Inspectors to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering structural inspections, assessing asset condition, and identifying cost-effective maintenance solutions to support the safety, reliability, and performance of critical transport infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine, reactive, and detailed structural inspections in accordance with NZTA standards
- Collect, analyse, and report asset condition data to support asset management decisions
- Identify and recommend maintenance and renewal solutions for structural assets
- Support the planning and delivery of structural investigations and inspection programmes
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in structural inspection, engineering, or a relevant trade
- IRATA Rope Access qualification
- At least one PCN/AINDT NDT certification (MT or UT)
- Current Full Driver Licence
Desirable Skills & Certifications:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering
- AMPP/NACE Level 1 or 2
- NZTA Bridge Inspection Course (or NZTA exemption)
- EWP operation including truck mounted boom lift and confined space certification
