SRG Global Mining Services is looking for skilled Blast Crew members to join our long-term Goldfields project. You’ll be working with a professional team that values clear communication, safety, and efficiency. backed by competitive pay, modern equipment, and industry-leading facilities.

Full-time position available. FIFO from Perth. 7 / 7 Alternate Day and Night shift only
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting drill & blast operations to meet production targets safely
- Conducting blast hole QA checks and inspections
- Setting up exclusion zones and signage for safe blasting
- Loading blast holes with explosives and stemming material
- Assisting the Shotfirer with charging and tie-in activities
- Performing pre- and post-blast inspections
- Following all site-specific and statutory safety protocols
- Operating machinery and maintaining equipment in safe condition
What We’re Looking For:
- WA-based and available for FIFO from Perth
- Previous open pit blast crew experience
- C Class Manual Driver’s Licence
- Dangerous Goods Security Card
- Clean national police clearance
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen
- Experience with electronic or Nonel initiating system
Bonus:

- Valid WA Shotfirer’s Licence
