The Role:
The NDT Lead – QA/QC is responsible for overseeing all non-destructive testing (NDT) activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, applicable codes/standards, and quality management systems. This role combines technical leadership, supervision, and coordination of NDT personnel while ensuring inspection results support overall QA/QC integrity and regulatory compliance.

This position works closely with SRG operational teams onsite, and reports directly to the site supervision and manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work safety and efficiency as part of a team.
- Seek and drive continuous improvement.
- Liaise with clients and provide clear and concise results and information as required.
- Prepare and compile worksheets and reports.
- Carry out NDT and Inspection activities as per standard, company procedures, and written instructions, analyzing results against the required acceptance criteria.
- Provide assistance to engineering and metallurgy staff where required.
- Carry out regular maintenance and calibration on all SRG equipment.
About you:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant industry experience with experience in Alumina refineries advantageous.
- ISO 9712 Level 2 certification in MT, PT, UT, RT, ET or a combination of
- Proven experience in a lead, senior, or supervisory NDT role
- Strong working knowledge of industry codes and standards
- Experience working within QA/QC systems on industrial projects
- Ability to review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills
