Advanced & Intermediate Scaffolders – Shutdowns

 

Bugarrba is seeking experienced Advanced and Intermediate Scaffolders to join our shutdown teams across the Northwest.

We are looking for reliable, safety-focused scaffolders who take pride in their work, support their crew and want to be part of a business that is building long-term opportunities across the Pilbara.

We currently have multiple positions available across a number of sites we service. These vacancies are scheduled to commence between 28/06/2026 and 30/06/2026.

We have a strong pipeline of work forecasted through to the end of the year, with ongoing opportunities and the potential for suitable candidates to transition into roster-based roles.

 

The Role

 

This role will support shutdown works across major Northwest operations, delivering safe and efficient scaffold access solutions in fast-paced site environments.

You will be working as part of a high-performing team where safety, teamwork, respect and quality delivery are at the centre of what we do.

Successful Applicants Will Have

 

  • High Risk Work License — SA or SI
  • Current Driver’s License
  • Working at Heights — completed within the last 2 years
  • Confined Space — completed within the last 2 years
  • Construction Induction Card — White Card
  • Full Australian working rights or valid visa
  • Ability to pass site medical and testing requirements

 

Desirable Tickets and Inductions

 

  • Basic Fire — completed within the last 2 years
  • Gas Test Atmospheres — completed within the last 2 years
  • FMG, BHP and Roy Hill inductions
  • Rigging ticket
