Advanced NDT Technician

SRG Global is seeking experienced Advanced NDT Technicians for casual shutdown and project-based work.
This position is ideal for technicians seeking casual engagements and project-driven FIFO opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform NDT inspections using conventional and advanced methods during shutdowns and maintenance campaigns
- Mobilise for short-term site-based assignments, including shutdowns and project work
- Work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments
- Liaise with clients onsite to understand requirements and communicate findings clearly
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Provide support to engineering or metallurgy teams where required
Ideal Qualifications & Experience
- ISO9712 Certification in MT, PT, UT, RT, ET, or PAUT (any combination)
- Proven experience in tube testing (desirable)
- Strong ability to interpret data and compile detailed reports
- Previous experience working on shutdowns or short-duration site projects highly regarded
- Rope access qualifications (desirable but not essential)
- Based in Western Australia or willing to travel for shutdown work
